Directions

We are located on the street level of a large commercial/residential high-rise building. For privacy and safety reasons, there is no outdoor signage indicating our presence. Our entrance is in the lobby of the building, a few feet from the doorman's desk.

Day Frog is in the heart of the Streeterville area, just 1½ blocks east of Michigan Avenue, across the street from Northwestern Hospital and four blocks south of Water Tower Place. We are accessible from any CTA bus that feeds onto North Michigan Avenue and a short walk from the Red Line’s Chicago Avenue and Grand Avenue stations.. There is an underground parking garage in the building. The underground garage entrance is on Erie Street a few feet past the building's main entrance. There is an elevator from the garage that will take you to the lobby where we are located. Please note that the garage has a 6-foot height restriction and cannot accommodate certain larger SUV's; phone the garage at 312-255-8200 with any questions.

In order to get these rates, you MUST pay for your parking at Day Frog. We will affix a paid stamp your parking ticket.

There is a stroller ramp accessible from the sidewalk. The entrance is adjacent to the parking garage ramp, along the eastern edge of the building.

There is a loading zone in front of the building to allow you to stop for a few minutes in order drop off your child and caregiver. The loading zone may also be used for school buses and large passenger vans. Please be aware that the Northwestern Hospital Emergency Room entrance is located 80 feet from our building. Please do not  obstruct the free flow of traffic along Erie Street by "Double Parking".
