Policies

General:

  • Birthday Party Contract – we cannot ‘hold’ a date/time for you without a contract.
  • Guest List — Please use the Guest List Form to let us know who will be attending the party. We will use this as a checklist in order to issue wristbands upon check-in, so that our staff can easily identify which people belong to your group.. We require this list two days before your party. You can still make changes to the list by calling or emailing us.
  • Catering/Food — You may bring food in from anywhere you wish since we are not involved in the catering of food. However, in order to assist parents in planning the party we’ve arranged a special Day Frog menu with Gino’s East. The menu was designed by us and is further discounted by an additional 10% when you call the catering contact number on the menu to place your order. Please place your food order at least four days in advance of your party. Gino’s East also provides free delivery to Day Frog. Please refrain from bringing or serving products made with nuts.
  • Utensils — We have a cake-cutting knife, serving tongs, plates, cups, napkins, plastic utensils, etc. We do not provide birthday candles or matches.
  • Attire — Remind guests to “dress for fun” and that they must wear socks in the facility. If your party will include finger painting, please advise your guests accordingly so that they wear suitable clothes. We have enough smocks for every child—but with kids, you never know what to expect!
  • Parking — Remind your guests to get their parking tickets stamped by us in order to receive $3 off their parking. Alternatively, if you wish to pay for their parking please let us know in advance so that it may be pre-arranged.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed beyond the kitchen area.

Decorations:

  • No glitter, confetti, or piñatas, please.
  • Please do not attach decorations to the walls or cabinets in the kitchen. We can assist you in hanging a banner if you wish.
  • Permitted decorations include tablecloths, freestanding decorations, table decorations, etc.
  • Balloons are not allowed in the play area and should be weighted down or attached to chairs Balloons released inside the facility may explode and scare small children as well as cause damage to our ceiling fans.
